Steinbach, MB. Sept. 5, 2023 – The ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Brad Unger will serve as Board Chair and Jeff Friesen as Board Vice-Chair for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. As voted on by fellow trustees, the term appointments are for one year.
Brad was first elected as a trustee in 2014 and has served on the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Board for nine years. He was appointed Vice-Chair of the Board for the 2022-23 school year. Jeff was first elected as a trustee in 2022 and has served on the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Board for one year. Congratulations to both Brad and Jeff on their new appointments.
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ would like to take this opportunity to thank Ron Falk for his many years of leadership service. Ron served as Board Chair for 11 years, from 2002-2008 and 2014-2019. He was appointed Vice-Chair for the 2019-2020 school year and Chair from 2020-2023.
